How much does shipping cost?

When will I receive my order?

Your order is shipped within 1 to 3 days. Our average delivery times are then 6 to 7 business days worldwide.

In any case, if you don't receive your item within 30 days, we will fully refund you.

We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our merchandise.


Who delivers my item?

Your items are delivered through your local postal service.


What are the delivery hours?

Items are delivered based on the policies of your local post office.


In case of non-receipt of the parcel...

Don't worry, our items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your local post office, where you can pick it up.

You will be notified by your local post office to retrieve your item as soon as possible.

If, however, the item never reaches its destination, The Ponchos commits to fully refunding the order amount.


What to do in case of an address error?

No problem! If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us immediately at the address: contact@the-ponchos.com and we'll be happy to update your information. Otherwise, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no further changes can be made. You'll need to contact the nearest local distribution center directly.


Items are missing from my order, what should I do?

Our products may be shipped separately based on your order. The rest of the order will likely arrive shortly.

Don't worry if you receive one before the other. In case the order never reaches you due to any accident, The Ponchos commits to refund the missing item(s).
